Break Free from Perfectionism and Self-Doubt – For Good

SIX-WEEK ACT COACHING PROGRAM FOR WOMEN PROFESSIONALS, LEADERS & ENTREPRENEURS

Professional sitting in a meditation pose with eyes closed, practicing mindfulness for stress reduction and emotional resilience in an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) group.

Although you are capable, driven, and successful—something inside still feels blocked.

You’ve accomplished so much. And yet the self-doubt keeps showing up. The perfectionism keeps slowing you down. The inner critic keeps questioning every decision you make.

  • You second-guess your decisions long after they’re made
  • Perfectionism keeps you stuck in planning instead of acting
  • You feel like an impostor waiting to be found out
  • Your inner critic is louder than your accomplishments
  • Burnout is creeping in, but slowing down feels impossible
  • You’ve tried therapy or personal growth, but something hasn’t fully shifted
  • You intellectually understand the patterns—but can’t seem to change them

“Even though you’ve tried to move past it,
Something still feels unresolved.”

The Six-Week Program

Psychological Flexibility
for Entrepreneurs

A live, small-group ACT coaching experience built around the six core processes of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Ten to fifteen women. Six weeks. One lasting shift in how you relate to yourself and your work.

Week 1

Awareness: The Cost of Avoidance

Recognize the hidden patterns keeping you stuck and understand why white-knuckling your way through isn’t working.

Key exercise: Control Inventory + Avoidance Cost-Benefit Analysis

Week 2

Defusion: Unhook from Your Stories

Learn to see your inner critic as mental noise—not facts—so it stops running the show.

Key exercise: Name That Story + Defusion Techniques Menu

Week 3

Acceptance: Open Up to Discomfort

You don’t need to feel confident to act. Willingness—not readiness—is the gateway to real change.

Key exercise: The Willingness Dial + Acceptance Letter

Week 4

Values: Your Entrepreneurial North Star

Clarify what actually matters to you—not what you think should matter. Build from purpose, not pressure.

Key exercise: Values Card Sort + The Values Compass

Week 5

Self-as-Context: The Observing Leader

Step back from your results as your identity. Access the stable, grounded self who isn’t defined by outcomes.

Key exercise: The Chessboard Metaphor + Observer Meditation

Week 6

Committed Action: Lead with Flexibility

Move forward—imperfectly, bravely—with your personalized Psychological Flexibility Blueprint.

Key exercise: Values-Anchored Goals + ACT Relapse Plan

“Less noise. More you. Leading from what actually matters—
not from fear of getting it wrong.”

About Cristina
Cristina smiling, resting her chin on her hand, surrounded by plants

Hello I am Cristina!

I built the thing I needed at my lowest.

For years I led teams, hit every target, and quietly fell apart between meetings. From the outside it looked like ambition. Inside, it was a critic that never let me feel finished.

Burnout finally stopped me — and that’s where I found Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). It didn’t ask me to think more positively. It taught me to stop wrestling my own mind and start moving toward what mattered.

I trained in ACT and built Learned Well‑Being for the women I recognize most: founders, executives, and entrepreneurs who are exceptional at their work and exhausted by their own standards.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need
to know

ACT — Acceptance and Commitment Therapy — is an evidence-based approach that helps you change your relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings rather than trying to eliminate them. Instead of fighting your inner critic, you learn to see it as mental noise and act from your values anyway. This makes it especially powerful for perfectionism and self-doubt, where the struggle itself often makes things worse.
This program is coaching—not therapy. While Cristina is a licensed therapist with 18+ years of experience, this group program uses ACT-based tools in a coaching and educational format. It is not intended to treat or diagnose mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, individual therapy would be the appropriate first step.
Each live session is two hours per week for six weeks. In addition, we recommend setting aside 20–30 minutes per day for short reflection exercises and practice. Everything is designed to be integrated into your real life and work—not added on top of an already busy schedule.
Each cohort is limited to 8–12 participants. This keeps the group intimate, ensures everyone receives personal attention, and builds the kind of community and accountability that makes real change possible.
Many participants come to this program after feeling stuck in traditional therapy. ACT works differently from insight-only approaches—it focuses on changing your relationship with your thoughts and building flexibility in action, not just understanding why you think the way you do. This can create shifts that talk therapy alone often doesn’t reach.
Yes. You can pay in full at $1,200, or choose two payments of $650—the first at enrollment and the second at the start of Week 3. Both options give you full access to everything in the program.
If you are a woman leader or entrepreneur who is accomplished but still struggling with perfectionism, self-doubt, or impostor syndrome—and you are ready to do something different—this program was designed for you. If you are unsure, schedule a free 15-minute consultation and we will figure it out together.
